As part of Brussels Pride Week, Design Museum Brussels is pleased to invite Unique en son genre. A drag artist, a book, and you, children and families, whoever you are, come and listen to wonderful stories and let your imagination run wild. Together, surrounded by the creativity of our exhibits, let’s explore the questions of gender through literature, poetry, words and colors? How can we tackle these complex subjects with glitter in our eyes? Let’s find out together!

 

Unique en son genre offers story readings presented by drag artists and cabaret performers in different cultural venues. It’s an experience open to all, to give free rein to people’s imagination and curiosity, to celebrate diversity and evoke gender issues.

 

Unique en son genre is supported by the Maison Arc-en-Ciel in Liège.
