Once again this year, the Design Museum Brussels roll out the red carpet for its Nocturne. Go behind the scenes of the museum’s collection, discover the scenographic and visual communication projects of the students of ENSAV-La Cambre for the exhibition Zéphir Busine, Designer or let yourself be carried away in a sensible experience with the collective Surface Sensible.

The permanent exhibitions – the Plastic Design Collection and belgisch design belge – as well as the exhibition Zéphir Busine, Designer will be accessible all evening.

Program

IN THE MUSEUM’S RESERVE: For one evening, the museum’s reserve will be exceptionally open and accessible to visitors. A member of the museum team will show you the treasures hidden in the reserve and will share with you the specificities of the Design Museum Brussels collection.

PLEASE TOUCH: Conservation gesture, public gesture, intimate gesture, whether or not you consent. What does touching mean? What does the gesture of touching imply? With “Please Touch”, the collective Surface Sensible invites you to a sensitive experience between aesthetic performance and committed act where the boy becomes an object. One motto: touch!

MEET THE STUDENTS : Venez découvrir l’ensemble des propositions scénographiques et de communication visuelle imaginées par les étudiant·es en BA3 de l’atelier Architecture d’intérieur et de l’atelier Typographie de l’ENSAV-La Cambre pour l’exposition Zéphir Busine, Designer. Les étudiant·es seront présent·es pour vous guider à travers leurs démarches, leurs projets et répondre à toutes vos questions.

• PLEASE TOUCH (45’ – Reservation recommended): 6:45pm and 8pm
• MEET THE STUDENTS (continuous): 5-10pm

A little hungry during the evening? Do not panic! We have everything planned. Bia Mara will be there with delicious fish and chips.
