Nocturne at Design Museum Brussels

Once again, this year, the Design Museum Brussels roll out the red carpet for its Nocturne. Go behind the scenes of the museum and discover a myriad of treasures or follow in the footsteps of the Expo of 1935 and 1958, which will give you a new perspective on the Heysel Plateau.
Young visitor (9-12) can also enjoy the Nocturne. The museum offers a game to explore the exhibition The Plastic Design Collection and Belgisch Design Belge.
Thursday June 10 from 5pm, the Nocturne at Design Museum Brussels is back to put star in your eyes.
Behind the scenes
Discover the reserves of the Plastic Design Collection which will be exceptionally open and accessible to visitors. The visit of the reserves will be animated in an original way by the guides of Korei and Arkadia
Extra muros / The Heysel Plataeau – In the footsteps of the Expo of 1935 and 1958
In collaboration with Laeken Découverte/Laken Onthuld, this tour will show you the remains of the two World Fairs that took place at the Heysel. The Heysel Plateau is a fine example of the development of modern architecture in Brussels: from Palace 5 to the former Pavilion of the Kortrijk Tile Factory, via the Atomium, the experiments and dreams of modernity of the 20th century are displayed here in all their boldness.
