Designer, architect and urban planner, Charlotte Perriand (1903-1999) left her mark on the 20th century. Pioneer of a social and committed architecture, she is one of those creators who defended the idea of modernity, redefined the forms and materials in a spirit of functionality and economy of means to achieve an art that addresses everyone. From her struggles with the avant-garde and Le Corbusier in the 1930s, to her discovery of Japan, this film in the form of a memory book takes us into the intimacy of a modernist activist and a pioneer of the art of living.
